Terms of Use

Welcome to Twoosh, a live audio and video community platform operated by Yathaarth Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Twoosh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Twoosh, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or otherwise use Twoosh. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18), you may use the Service only with consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Twoosh you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at safety@twoosh.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

Twoosh is a safe and inclusive space for conversation. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following:

  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Incitement, glorification, support, or recruitment for terrorism, violent extremism, armed conflict, or criminal activity.
  • Sharing content that is violent, graphic, or otherwise intended to shock or glorify harm.
  • Spreading misinformation, impersonating others, or engaging in fraud.
  • Posting or transmitting content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Using automated tools, scraping data, or attempting to interfere with platform operations.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or report to authorities when conduct poses a threat or violates the law.

4. Safety & Moderation

Twoosh uses a combination of automated systems and human moderators to uphold these Terms. We may monitor live audio/video rooms, messages, and user-generated content, and we may retain records as required by law. Please report violations through in-app controls or contact safety@twoosh.io.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Twoosh. By posting, streaming, or uploading content, you grant Twoosh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed for the content you share. Do not share confidential or sensitive information you do not wish to make available to others.

6. Payment & Virtual Goods

If Twoosh introduces paid features or virtual goods, additional terms will apply. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated, and Twoosh may change prices or availability at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Twoosh may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, communication networks). We are not responsible for third-party terms or policies; review them before use. Our references to third-party services do not imply endorsement.

8. Service Changes

Twoosh may suspend or modify features at any time. We will attempt to provide advance notice where feasible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from modifications or interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support. After termination, your license to access the service ends, but certain obligations (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability) survive.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

Twoosh is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user-generated content, or the actions of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twoosh and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Consumers in the EU/UK retain statutory rights to use local dispute mechanisms.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update the Terms to reflect changes in the law or our services. When we materially change the Terms, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
